MLily

In 2011, Ben Folkins and James Ni co-created MLILY, a mattress company dedicated to delivering one of the highest quality bedding lines at affordable prices. Together they discovered how to streamline refined mattresses that reduced production and delivery costs so that high quality products could be made available to a wider range of consumers. Together they pooled their resources, eliminated waste and inefficiencies created by memory foam production and created some of the finest production facilities.

MLILY’s productions incorporate sustainable resources and aim to minimize environmental impact while maximizing quality, comfort, and value. For example, the semi-open cell foam uses fewer chemicals than traditional foam and provides a structure that increases airflow without compromising supportive elasticity. Plant base oils, bamboo charcoal, bamboo fibers, and aloe vera, are all example of natural and sustainable materials used in MLILY products to create safe, comfortable, and supportive bedding while exhibiting environmental stewardship.

Spring Air

As a leader and design innovator in the mattress industry, Spring Air has been manufacturing mattresses of the highest-quality since 1926. Francis Karr, Spring Air's founder, developed a free-end offset coil design, notorious for adjusting to the weight of each sleeper, which is now seen in the designs of mattresses across many different brands in the bedding industry. Later, Spring Air also introduced button-free technology, extra-supportive bedding materials, and quilted surfaces as features of their mattresses. In 1973, Spring Air introduced the Pillow Top mattress, still one of the most popular mattress types today. Over the past ten years, Spring Air has sold $4 billion worth of sleep sets by remaining committed to innovative design, quality and value. Today, this mattress industry leader has 22 international licensees and 13 domestic factories that operate worldwide in 32 countries.
